The Le Pajare Agriclub is a high quality tourist - accommodation structure in the Salento rural and marine tourism area which consists of a restaurant and large reception room, dining areas outdoors and next to the swimming-pool, three small rooms inside the ancient Pajare , a reception room created inside the fortified tower, 29 bedrooms, swimming pool, ample parking.

All of the rooms are elegantly furnished; the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating, bathroom, hair dryer, satellite TV, telephone, and fridge-bar. The available room types are Standard, Superior Deluxe, Junior Suites or Singles.
Several agricultural activities are carried out for the direct production of vegetables, extra-virgin olive oil and typical products produced on our farm.

Typology of the structure
The structure was built and set up, in close harmony with the surrounding rural and rocky landscape, around three large and ancient Pajare , which have been carefully renovated. These are the typical ancient rural buildings of the lower Salento, with barrel vaults made out of exposed carparo stone (a particular and prized stone composed of local hard tuff). From an urbanistic and architectural point of view, it was planned as an ancient Masseria (fortified farm) with a large fortified tower at the centre, inside which the reception hall is located, and a large patio with swimming pool and green park. The new buildings were built in the typical Pajare style, the floors and most of the outer walls are made out of exposed local stone.
The structure is set in the middle of the nearly 11 hectares of land that make up the Le Pajare estate, immersed in the greenery of age-old olive groves, abundant orchards and vegetable gardens.
A short distance away, the Le Pajare estate adjoins a large green reserve consisting of a pine forest and wood. The surrounding agricultural area is rich in fortified Masserie that are in excellent shape (some of them are amongst the most beautiful in the entire Salento region).
The Pajare are located on a hillside, at about 100 metres above sea level, with a breathtaking view and cool air in the summer months that offers the possibility of a truly relaxing rest even on the hottest days. One can take pleasant walks in the entire area (at a few hundred metres distance) in the rich and extensive Mediterranean maquis, amongst the scents of myrtle, thyme, rosemary and oak woods where abundant good quality mushrooms can be gathered in autumn and winter.
Le Pajare lies on a hill, 100 metres above sea-level, it can enjoy a wonderful view and a chillness of summer time which offers a great relax also in the warmest days; in this area (just a few metres away) you can go for a walk into the large Mediterranean bush, among myrtle, thyme or rosemary scents, and among oak-grove where you can pick-up excellent mushrooms in fall and winter time.
There are no architectural barriers in the entire structure.
